• Training - An executive producer will train your presenters and conduct rehearsals so that your event runs smoothly and professionally. Discuss roles and responsibilities to ensure a smooth execution of the meeting.
  
  
• Registration - You'll stay appraised of registration numbers with regular reports. Your executive producer will coordinate email reminders to ensure the highest turnout possible.
  
  
• Moderation / Technical Assistance - Your executive producer will moderate your event, from prepping your audience and making introductions to fielding questions and assisting attendees with technical issues.
  
  
• Event Management - Executive producers can mute and un-mute attendees for live Q&A, change presenter rolls for multiple presentations, and facilitate the audio Q&A process during the event. Assist in attendee participation by conducting polls and allowing interactions.
  
  
• Follow-up - Following your event, you'll receive a complete analysis report which includes attendance reports, survey results, and final registration lists. When the event is recorded you will receive a URL link which allows access to your recording.
